There will be a short service where the Heart Sutra is chanted, two Ch’an sittings and an hour discussion on a topic. After the event, many of us go to dinner locally; you are invited to come along and get to know more about us.
Topic: A study of the Diamond Sutra. This important Mahayana sutra is widely recited and studied throughout Asia and in the west. This will be our third discussion on this topic and we will try to cover chapters 6-15. You are welcome to read in advance but no preparation is necessary.
